Topper Industrial has created a flexible delivery solution with this six wheel push cart equipped with hand brake.
This heavy duty cart was designed and built by Topper to accomplish materials delivery with a manually driven tugger and tow bar and to also provide an option for auto delivery when used as a tunnel cart by way of AGV.
This cart is equipped with (6) 8″ casters. The center casters are rigid with brakes. The brakes are engaged by the use of a hand lever. The (4) outer corner casters are Topper’s precision RS Swivel Casters (https://www.topperindustrial.com/cart-components/rs/). The six wheel steering configuration allows the cart to be pushed with less effort while tracking well. The manual caster brakes makes stopping the cart easy.
This heavy duty six wheel static cart proves versatile. As stated, it can change from push to driven mode as the material flow mandates it to and it also is able to carry heavy weight while still pushing and stopping with ease.
