Fork Truck Prognosis: Far from Terminal Fork Truck Free Initiatives Increasingly Accepted

The tacit nature of implementing Lean, including the importance of tying together the technical and social sides of Lean, the significance of management’s involvement, and the ability to sustain a Lean program may not immediately evoke the idea:  Fork Truck Free.

Indeed predictions about the demise of the fork truck are highly exaggerated.

While far from dismal, there is a dramatic willingness to explore Fork Truck Free Initiatives, adopting what European manufacturers accepted as normative more than ten years ago.
