This Mother Cart was designed to carry daughter carts that have a roller deck for load and unload from conveyor lines. This daughter cart type is also referred to as a Transfer Cart.
Mother Daughter Cart Systems are very versatile. They are pulled by a tugger or AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle). Multiple Mother Carts can be towed in a row. The daughter carts are able to be pushed through and pulled out of the Mother Cart without any decoupling of the train of Mother Carts.
Topper Industrial Mother Carts have the best tracking. This is due to the four wheel, quad steer design.
Daughter Carts can be all different types and sizes while utilizing the same Mother Cart frame. This application used transfer carts line side. In any future changes within the material needs and work flow, Topper is able to design and fabricate new daughter carts to be used with the existing Mother Daughter Cart System.
