This is a quad steer cart base with a rotate top and top hat shelf rack.
The cart is equipped with four wheel steering and the ability to rotate 360 degrees to variable operator work stations. The quad steering cart base allows the cart to track smoothly when being pulled in multiples and is also designed to track well and handle tight turning.
Topper Industrial is able to custom design and fabricate multiple variations of carts with cart accessories. In this design, the quad steer cart successfully incorporating the rotation top. Additionally, a custom made top hat rack was designed to fit the top of the cart for added capabilities for parts pick up and organization.
The rotation top is able to manually rotate and position parts for minimized over reaching and lifting. Having this ideal ergonomic feature, the top rotate 360 degrees to the various operator work station. The operator is able to rotate the unit by releasing the foot actuated detent to rotate and access parts from any side from one position. The detents automatically locks every 90° or 180° This secures the rotation top, so that the operator can work out of the unit safely. The rotation is effortless by the operator.
